Medical ozonizer "OZONE" 5-03 is designed to obtain ozone from oxygen with a concentration of 0.5 to 60.0 mg / l at an oxygen consumption of 0.1 to 1.0 l / min. It is used in ozone therapy.

The synthesizer provides the ability to operate from an oxygen pressure source (cylinder or oxygen line) or from a source of stabilized oxygen consumption (oxygen concentrator).

The ozone concentration is selected from the values fixed here (step from 5 to 10%).
1.6 Deviation of the ozone concentration in the ozone-oxygen mixture from the set value:
- in the range 0.5 ... 2.0 - no more + twenty %;
- in the range of 2.0 ... 60.0 - no more + ten %.
1.7 The synthesizer has a built-in wide-range ozone concentration meter.
1.8 The oxygen consumption is selected from the following fixed values:
0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.4; 0.5; 0.6; 0.7; 0.8; 0.9; 1.0 l / min
Oxygen flow rate setting error does not exceed + 15 %.
1.9 Duration of continuous operation of the synthesizer - at least 8 hours followed by a break of at least 1 hour. At the same time, the generation of the ozone-oxygen mixture is guaranteed in accordance with the set values.
1.10 Temperature range of the synthesizer operation - from plus 10 to plus 35 ° С.
1.11 In terms of electromagnetic compatibility, the synthesizer meets the requirements of GOST R 50267.0.2. The voltage and power of industrial radio interference generated by synthesizer, does not exceed the norms established GOST R 51318.14.1.
1.12 The built-in timer provides countdown of the procedure time within the range from 1 to 99 minutes.

2 Distinctive features
2.1 A double barrier discharge is made in the arrester, as a result of which only quartz glass is present in the discharge zone and there is no contact with metal electrodes. Thanks to this design, a pure ozone-oxygen mixture is produced, suitable for medical purposes.
2.2 The built-in ozone concentration meter is made on the basis of the optical method.
To expand the measuring range and improve accuracy, two channels are used, each with its own measuring cuvette. The choice of the measurement channel is made automatically.
To improve accuracy and stability, a reference optical path is used in each channel.
Due to the presence of two cuvettes and reference paths, stable measurements of ozone concentration in a wide range from 0.5 to 80 mg / l are provided. Zero drift for 8 hours of operation does not exceed a few hundredths of mg / l. For greater accuracy, an automatic zero setting is performed before each procedure.
A tracking circuit is made on the basis of the meter, which provides automatic support of the specified ozone concentration without user intervention.
2.3 The synthesizer is equipped with an oxygen flow stabilizer used when operating from an oxygen pressure source. It provides measurement and automatic stabilization of oxygen flow in the range from 0.1 to 1.0 l / min.
2.4 A pulse stabilized power supply is installed in the synthesizer, due to which the influence of the mains voltage on the synthesizer operation is eliminated.
