Absorption (fraction of dissolved ozone in water) is 90-95%, after dissolution, the residual gas must be removed from the system for safety reasons. If the room allows, the gas outlet pipes are removed to the external environment, if this is not possible, an ozone destructor is installed.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

 

Basic station models are designed for water treatment under pressure up to 2 bar. If the main stream stops, the station will automatically shut down. Otherwise, high ozone water will circulate through the mixing system, causing pump failure and oxidation of brass piping. For the stations to work correctly in various conditions and to fulfill the assigned tasks, it is sometimes necessary to install various additional modifications. The final cost of the modified station is indicated in the commercial proposal.

OZONE RESISTANT MIXING SYSTEM

The use of an ozone-resistant pump and stainless steel piping looped on a contact column is necessary in the following cases:

  • The storage tank does not provide the required water holding time (more than 10 minutes);
  • Water consumption is carried out in a pulse mode with frequent stops (start-stop period less than 5 minutes). For example, the station is installed directly in front of the filling machine operating in the filling-pause-filling mode;
  • An increased concentration of ozone is required in a small volume of water;
  • It is necessary to ozonize a small volume of water (up to 2m3 / h);
  • Aggressive solutions can flow through the ozonation station, incl. sea water, disinfectant solutions;
  • If necessary, increase the operating pressure from 2 to 4 bar.

INSTALLING THE OZONE ANALYZER

The station is equipped with an electronic redox potential meter with a remote sensor (ORP meter with a remote sensor -1000 ... + 1000 mV), according to which it is possible to indirectly determine the ozone content in water in real time (up to 0.3 g / m3) ... The ORP meter generates relay signals to the upper and lower preset levels. It is necessary to control the quality of water treatment and to create disinfectant solutions.

INSTALLATION OF UNSOLVED OZONE DESTRUCTOR

The station is equipped with an undissolved ozone destructor, which ensures the decomposition of ozone in the exhaust gas to the MPC level. It is necessary when using the station in rooms where there is no possibility to remove waste gas to the external environment.

STAINLESS STEEL CASE

The body of the device is completely made of stainless steel. It is necessary in the food industry and in cases where corrosive gases, vapors, drops of liquids, for example, sea water, acid vapors, etc. are present in the air of the working area.
